Prior to release of rental items, we require:
A Master Rental Agreement (MRA) will be provided once all documentation is obtained and checked.

Rentals are charged:
Weekly rental rates are one-third the monthly rental rates shown.
Partial months are prorated after the first month’s billing.
Shortages/missing parts and damages of rental items will be charged to rental customer.
Some items are rented on a one-month minimum.
Additional items not listed may be available for rent. Please call for information.
Customer is responsible for all delivery and return shipping and handling and delivery and return arrangements.
We offer rental-purchase options.
Please download the credit application, complete and upload your completed application. This must be accompanied by a Certificate of Insurance.
Once you have downloaded the credit application and the certificate of insurance, you will need to complete all documents and sign (electronic signatures are not accepted).
You can then upload those files using the form on this page.
Please allow 48-72 hours for processing.
